Calgary Kids Help  : Independence and the dinner table
Posted by britt on 2008/2/3 20:29:14 (138 reads)

Most children enjoy helping in the preparations of their lunches and snacks. Choose meals that the children can help with and everybody has a great time. As you prepare the food together you can also take the time to teach colors, numbers, and nutritional importance.
